Pre-school fun and William the Rock Eater

It has been a fun couple of days in PK! On Friday the twins came home with some great facial markings. With non washable marker. The good news is that according to both their teachers, they had a great time. It is a amazing that shampoo cleaned up most of it!

Then on Monday, William ate a rock in the car on the way home. This isn't the first time and sometimes we wonder. But apparently eating and tasting (Pica behavior) inedible things is a common ASD thing. So we gave him the talk about how eating rocks is generaly a bad idea.

Then William showed me the fantastic necklace he made. Judging by the markings on some of the scissors, he had quite a light fingered day in the school! And yes, I am making him take them back tomorrow.

From the Archives....Conner Bowling

This was a popular game last winter.....please note there is no sound (it was before I got my new camera!) and please note that Conner really liked doing this. No water bottles were harmed in the making of this video.

Discover Sharks....

Conner loves sharks! His Auntie got him this stuffed shark for Christmas. One of his biggest moments was seeing the sharks at the aquarium last summer when we went to visit Aunt Jennifer. Since my boy makes it an effort to watch Discovery channel during shark week, I made him this outfit. He loves it! He even wore it to church one week, and had to drag the shark with him (the stuffed shark is named, of course, Shark Bait).

Well, now that shark week is over we are all hooked on episodes of Mythbusters......just think of what my boys can do with that information!

For those of you who weren't aware, I design and sew children's Boutique Clothing with my BFF Jori (she's sister material!). I usually sell on ebay but........

It may be old news to some, but ebay is changing it's fee structure and feedback policy. The fees are higher, the sellers have more restrictions, less searchability and have their funds held before release. Also buyers can now not receive negative feedback. I have left negative feedback once, because a buyer didn't pay. Ebay doesn't do much to resolve these issues and leaving a negative is about all I could do. Now that is gone.
we believe in great customer service and an outstanding product. But we don't believe that ebay is the only place to sell our great items. The week of February the 18th we will be boycotting ebay. Please check out our store at www.LetHerBeLittle.Etsy.com

As buyers, please know that you have many options:
winkelf
ecrater
onlineauction
ebid
buyitsellit
ePier
Bidville
ioffer

Just to name a few. Get friendly with them. Remember, lower fees for sellers means lower prices for buyers!
